BEZYMIANNY VOLCANO: 55°58′N, 160°36′E; Elevation 2,895 m
CURRENT LEVEL OF CONCERN COLOR CODE IS YELLOW

Growth of the lava dome continues. The activity of the volcano could affect low-flying aircraft in the vicinity of the volcano.

Seismic activity was at background levels and slightly above this levels on September 01 (one shallow volcanic earthquake was registered in this day). According to visual data, a weak fumarolic activity was noted at the dome on September 02-04, clouds obscured the volcano on the other days. According to satellite data, a thermal anomaly was noted on September 01-03 and 06.

Seismic activity was slightly above background levels on August 16-18 and did not exceed background levels on the other days. Several shallow volcanic earthquakes were registered during the week. According to visual data, gas-steam activity was observed on August 17, 20-21. According to satellite data a thermal anomaly was noted on August 17, clouds obscured the volcano on the other days.

Seismic activity was slightly above background levels on August 09-10 and 12-13 and did not exceed level of registration on the other days. Several shallow volcanic earthquakes were registered during the week. According to satellite data a thermal anomaly was noted on August 11, clouds obscured the volcano on the other days.

Seismic activity was slightly above background levels on August 04-05 and at background levels on the other days. Shallow volcanic earthquakes were registered during the weak. According to video data weak gas-steam activity was observed on August 4. According to satellite data a thermal anomaly was noted on August 04, volcano was obscured by clouds in other days.

Seismic activity was above background levels on July 19-22, did not exceed background levels on the other days. Many shallow volcanic earthquakes were registered during the weak. According to visual information gas-steam activity was observed on July 22 and 24. According to satellite data a thermal anomaly was noted on July 19, 21-22, clouds obscured the volcano on the other days.

Seismic activity was above background levels on July 15-17, did not exceed background levels on the other days. About 20 shallow volcanic earthquakes were registered during the weak. According to visual information weak fumarolic activity was observed on July 14-15 and 18. According to satellite data a thermal anomaly was noted on July 14, 16-18, clouds obscured the volcano all days.
