Modernization to the hours 12,00 premisesIn the day odierna on the Island of Stromboli 3 units of staff INGV are present that operate within four fields of monitoring: Volcanology, Sismologia, Geochemistry and Deformations.
The data from 11 of the 13 stations are acquired that compose the sismica net. The recorded sismica activity in the last ones 24h has introduced following characteristic (times GMT):
• The analysis of the sismogrammi has evidenced 3 marks them sismici combinable to franosi events of small entity, localizes to you in the area of the Sciara of the Fire.
• The amplitude of the vulcanico tremor oscillates between a value low and one lower-middle. I greater peaks of amplitude have been yesterday observe you to 16:00 and 00:00 today. Currently the trend it is in lessening.
• Conteggio of the Very events the Long Period (VLP) it has supplied an equal value to approximately 18.8 events/hour.
• The amplitude of marks them VLP is maintained on a low level, with an light one trend in increase.
• Localization of the source of marks them VLP by means of analysis of the semblance indicates that the ipocentrale depth is comprised between 400 and 450 m s.l.m.
• The parameters of polarization of mark them sismico in the band of frequency VLP they maintain stable regarding the previous days.
Events LP show, in average, a low amplitude, with some event of amplitude lower-middle. Have not been observe events to you LP lacking in member VLP (hybrid events).
The analysis of the acquired geochimici parameters in last the 24 hours, through the net of continuous monitoring and the discreet measures, is of synthetized continuation:
